Highly recommend Dillan's called at 8:30 in the evening and they called back at 6:30 in the morning asked what problem I was having and said they would be there by 8:00 and by 9:00 they fixed the problem and where on there way. Truly Service IS THERE GOAL

We bought our house 6 years ago, and the first thing we did was have Dillan install a new water softener and filtration system. Their workers were quick, efficient, and clean. The price was extremely fair and we were happy with our service. We’ve had to have them come back out a couple of times to replace filters, etc… Each time, they are the nicest people, the bill is fair and reasonable, and I’m reminded that I’m happy we chose them to do business with. Yesterday I was washing some dishes, and my water sputtered and cut off. We called Dillan, and they were at our house within 2 hours. They assessed the situation and said we needed a new pump. They returned promptly today and after getting the old pump out, they let me know that I had a hole in the pipe, and didn’t need a new pump after all. They could have very easily replaced the pipe, and the pump, and charged me multiple thousands of dollars, and I’d never have known the difference. The two men, Perry and Matt, were polite, professional and honest. Six years and a handful of service calls in, I’m still really happy with our choice to do business with Dillan. They have earned our loyalty for years to come.

I truly cannot say enough great things about the entire team at Dillan Well Drilling Inc. This past winter, we suddenly lost water in the middle of the day, a stressful situation to say the least. We initially called another company, who misdiagnosed the problem as frozen underground pipes and told us to simply wait it out. After realizing that wasn't the issue, we turned to Dillan's, and what a difference! It turned out our older jet well pump needed to be replaced. Aaron and his crew were absolutely outstanding. They patiently walked me through all of my options and took the time to clearly explain everything, which I really appreciated since I wasn't very knowledgeable about well systems. Their quote was more than fair and very transparent. When I was ready to move forward with replacing the old jet pump with a new submersible pump, they were out the very next day and had the entire job completed in just a couple of hours. The speed, professionalism, and quality of work were truly impressive. If you're looking for a well drilling and pump company you can trust, look no further than Dillan's. They've earned a customer for life!

NEVER have I EVER had a company respond to my request, assess our problem and resolve it in SUCH a timely manner as Dillan Well Drilling. I still can't believe it. Called them on NYE, said we had no water. They sent a team to our property within 1/2 hour and 30 minutes later they're installing a new well pump. Painlessly. Reasonably priced. Just fantastic service that unfortunately isn't the norm these days. I'm so grateful and simply can't recommend them enough.

Fast, affordable, high quality parts. My well casing was completely rotted through and they came to assess the situation and gave me options for repair including replacing a very old jet pump, tubing, and fittings. The estimate was the price, they had it remedied in under a week, and I have a sealed well with a new pump, fittings, and switch. Extremely happy customers. Thanks Dillan Family!

I honestly can't say enough about these people! What a great bunch! On Sunday, I lost all water to my house. On Monday I had a "neighborhood plumber" come out. They charged me $400 to find the problem. Which they thought was the well pump. The neighborhood plumber quoted m a price of $4215 to replace the pump! So I called Dillan. Dillan said they could do it for $1500 and have it done the next day. After pulling the pump from the well, Dillan found that my well pump was fine and the electric wiring was all that was bad. 2 hours and $188 later and I have water. Great work guys! I highly recommend this company and will no longer look for any other company for plumbing issues! Great people, great service, great job and great price.
