Water Well
Dillan Well Drilling Inc. is a leader in quality well construction in Western Pennsylvania and Ohio, offering the latest equipment and experienced employees. Residential drilling is offered in 6 inch diameter and 8 inch diameter. Residential water wells are cased with either steel or heavy wall PVC casing. Well casing is grouted with bentonite grout to seal off surface containments.
Pump Sales
Dillan Well Drilling Inc. maintains a stock of over 100 submersible pumps of standard and high volume submersible pumps. Dillan’s also stocks the latest state of the art constant water pressure systems. Five-year manufactures warranties are standard on submersible pumps. Dillan’s features StaRite submersible pumps with Pentek energy efficient motors. A stock of shallow well and deep well jets are also available.
Pump Service
Dillan Well Drilling Inc. has four factory trained service crews. Three fully stocked pump hoist are available to install and repair. Portable pulling equipment is available for hard to access pump sites. Dillan’s maintains the largest pump service department in the tri-state area.
Pressure Booster System
If low water pressure is a problem Dillan Well Drilling Inc. has solutions for well water and city water. A variety of pressure booster systems are available to meet your needs. Our factory trained pump specialists can help you in your selections.
Well Abandonment
Our service crews can properly grout wells to meet state requirements. We have the latest grouting equipment to seal well with bentonite and cement. Abandonment permits will be obtained if needed and abandonment forms filed with the state.
Constant Pressure Systems
Constant Pressure systems have revolutionized water systems by providing increased steady pressure to the home using electronic controls. Pressure Tanks
Dillan Well Drilling Inc. maintains the areas largest standard selection of pressure tanks in capacities of 4.5 gallon to 119 gallon. Five-year warranties are standard on all pressure tanks.
Buried Well Upgrade
In the past many wells were either buried or installed in well pits. This practice does not meet Ohio well requirements and is not recommended in Pennsylvania. The well can be brought up to code and made more sanitary by extending the casing above the ground, installing pitless adaptor and vented insect proof well cap. Dillan’s have completed over 1000 buried well upgrade over the past 40 years.
Pump Conversion
If you have an out of date water system consisting of a jet pump and would like to upgrade Dillan’s can install a submersible pump. Dillan’s also can construct your underperforming submersible pump to a state of the art constant pressure system.
Well Cleaning and Development
Dillan’s can clean and development your well to increase water yield. Well cleaning is done chemically, with a drilling rig or the pump hoist. Well yield can also be increased by flooding the well and chlorine treatment.
